DRIP

A HIIT FOCUSED CIRCUIT

A full-body circuit with 10 stations designed to build endurance and improve functional fitness.  You'll move through each station twice, working for 45 seconds with short rest intervals.

Our coach provides guidance on movements and keeps you motivated throughout the session.

The goal is to sweat it out, burn a ton of calories, and get your heart rate up!
