David is a certified personal trainer and sports massage therapist driven by a passion for wellness. He’s a corrective exercise specialist and focuses on functional strength, hypertrophy, kettlebell training, and calisthenics.

 

David's expertise in both personal training and massage therapy allows him to take a well-rounded approach in helping his clients reach their goals.

A dancer her whole life, Liv is eager to share the benefits of Pilates with the community at District while creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere. She wants everyone to know how important it is to take care of your body, and to show the world that Pilates is for everyone.

 

Liv loves bringing people together, and her mission is for everyone to leave her classes feeling better than when they came in.
