David is a certified personal trainer and sports massage therapist driven by a passion for wellness. He’s a corrective exercise specialist and focuses on functional strength, hypertrophy, kettlebell training, and calisthenics.

 

David's expertise in both personal training and massage therapy allows him to take a well-rounded approach in helping his clients reach their goals.

With over five years of experience in the fitness industry, Em is a certified personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning as well as body recomposition. She is also a passionate group fitness instructor. Outside of the gym, she works in social media and content creation.

Known for her ability to curate the perfect playlists to keep you motivated, Em believes every great workout deserves an even better soundtrack. Her goal is to create connection through movement, ensuring everyone feels right at home at District.​

A former competitive diver with a lifelong passion for movement, Philippe brings a performance-driven approach to rehab and recovery. His goal? To help you move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free — so you can train harder and feel unstoppable.

Through precise assessments, hands-on therapy, and personalized strength and mobility programs, Philippe supports athletes and active individuals at every level. Whether you’re chasing new PRs, building resilience, or working through an injury, he’s here to help you move forward — smarter and stronger.

Leina Kingdom

Pilates Instructor

Meet Leina,

A former competitive dancer, Leina discovered Pilates in university as a way to de-stress and build strength. Her classes blend dynamic, strength-based training with the fluidity of dance, focusing on one muscle group at a time for maximum endurance and getting that deep burn.

​

Leina is all about pushing limits-helping you break through physical and mental barriers while taking ownership of your health. When she's not teaching, you'll find her trail running, soaking up the outdoors, or in a contemporary dance class.
