District's group training classes are crafted to guide participants towards achieving their fitness goals in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Our classes center around functional training, emphasizing both strength and endurance.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME

exercises can be tailored as needed

 

EMPHASIS ON PROPER MOVEMENT

sessions led by a certified personal trainer
