PUMP
8 stations, 2 exercises each, done in 4-minute supersets. Small groups, trainer-led, with the feel of private training. Progress every class, learning and mastering new movements.
DRIP
10-station full-body circuit, 45 seconds of work with short rests. Trainer-led, high-energy, and built to boost endurance, burn calories, and get your heart rate up.
PILATES BURN
Mat-based training with light weights and stability balls. Trainer-led, focused on core strength, mobility, and precise technique to improve body awareness and reduce injury risk. A perfect complement to resistance training, open to all levels.
